The Work Comes First
Every edition begins in the same place.
In the hills near Rome, where ancient grape varieties have been cultivated for generations and every season leaves its mark on the vineyard.
Healthy soils, native varieties and manual farming guide our work from vineyard to cellar. The vineyards are part of a wider agricultural ecosystem of woods, olive trees, bees and biodiversity that shapes the character of every vintage.
Every edition may tell a different story.
The place never changes.

Made for everyday
The Bag in Box isn't the idea.
It's simply the format that allows the project to exist.
It protects the wine after opening, reduces transport and waste, and makes everyday service easier for restaurants and wine bars.
Every practical choice leaves more room for what matters inside the glass.
